This quiet cul de sac is just as is described. The house is neat, clean and well furnished. The beds are comfortable. The area is quiet and very walkable with neighborhood sidewalks. The area is easily accessible to Cary Parkway, leading to local restaurants and shopping.
Nicolas leaves very clear instructions. He responds quickly if there is a question or concern. We highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! Enough space for a large family! Loved the wooden travel crib provided In the master bedroom, so convenient not to have to bring your own. It was very clean and nicely decorated. A park with walking trails and playgrounds is within walking distance which we were very grateful for.

This was our second year at this place and everything was once again perfect. Nicholas was very responsive and easy to work with. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. It was an overall pleasant experience.

Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood but yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to do around. Great setup, private, lots of space, great kitchen setup, all around awesome stay.

Great house; good location.
Incredibly clean house.
Most importantly for me was quick and attentive communication with the home owner.
Slight hiccup when we arrived and he had his property manager over in ten minutes. Problem was solved immediately.
Would stay here again if I ever return to the area.

Wow! This stay was amazing. We went downtown, the the markets, and had plenty of room for all of us to hang out in the common spaces. He was SO responsive our entire stay and immediately had answers to any and all questions.
